Wild Garlic Pesto at Ecos Nature Park

Participants foraged the site for ingredients then made their very own Wild Garlic Pesto to take home as part of the Wild About Food Programme. Delicious! 

Next up, 'Love Dairy' and make your own frozen dessert at Dixon Park, Larne, Saturday 11th June, 2pm-4pm.
